It’s usually a struggle getting my six year old daughter to help out around the house, but since I started using Chore Pad she has actually been begging me to let her do chores!! I haven’t vacuumed in a week!
Chore Pad is very user friendly. Simply add each member of your family as a user and then open the Chore Chest and add all of the chores that need to be done. Then decide how many stars each one is worth. Once you’ve done that you can start assigning those chores to individual users. Users earn stars for each completed chore and can then redeem those stars for rewards that you set up in the Reward Chest!
My daughter couldn’t stand doing chores before but now she can’t wait to do them so she can check it off of her list! She loves seeing the stars add up because she knows she’s that much closer to getting a reward. I let her decide what she would like as far as the rewards go. I listed about 10 of them in the Rewards Chest and they range from a dollar to a new video game. Chore Pad has made such a huge difference!!! My daughter went from arguing with me over picking up her shoes to asking me to add chores to her list so she can earn more stars!!!
